Made an online enquiry and Neil came back very quickly. Had to follow up and check if items had arrived but again a quick response. Happy with the price. Replacements door seals for old Cabana style shower fit perfectly.

She has been super helpful, very knowledgeable, provides excellent product information and comparisons and took the time to ensure we were happy and confident in our choices. She has been very efficient and professional in her delivery and timeliness of quotes. We look forward to receiving our order and starting Full Reno’s on 2 bathrooms and laundry. Went in only needing a small fitting to replace a leaking joint on my rural property water pump. Staff member was nice enough to lend me a crimping tool which I could only return 5 days later. Much appreciated.
Staff not very helpful, only looking for a couple of tap washers ,but were brushed off quickly. Guess when we renovate our bathrooms soon they will not be in the mix
