The people at MICM are the worst property managers ii have had the displeasure is dealing with. They couldn't care less about tenants or maintenance problems or enquiries that anyone may have. They are indifferent, cold and money oriented only, can never get hold of staff when needed they are never on hand to discuss rentals, property sales or any issues that you might have. Highly recommend any other agent but this callous lot.
Our apartment was on the market for only 1 week & it was leased. I couldn't recommend the PM Ken S & his team highly enough. They are so professional. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. Responsive, polite and professional is not enough to describe them. I highly recommend MICM Southbank office for anyone thinking of using an estate agent. They are absolutely awesome & amazing. They are a credit to Ken and MICM. Amazing !! I get very detailed update from Jenny for every potential purchaser. Many candidates but not very favourable offer. One month on, I have actually decided not to sell. But amazingly Jenny just never gave up. She got me an offer that I could not refuse. She must be exceptional in her negotiation skills to secure the sale without even a dollar of discount !!

IF you are a renter with MICM be very careful in your dealings with the property managers and their admin. Started out great then went to downhill very quickly....... Rental increases that didn't meet the 60 day notice requirements. Claimed to have lost the new signed 12 month lease agreement. Then MICM claimed I was on a month by month without consultation or communication to jack the rent up TWICE. Lied to on many occasions by 1 particular property manager. Took additional D/Debit $ without authority. Tried to claim damage to the property that was there when I moved in. Claimed to have lost my completed condition report. Thankfully I had taken timestamped photos. Take a lot of photos and be prepared to fight tooth and nail to get your bond back at exit. So glad to be away from them.
Jenny has been excellent in helping us navigate the intricacies of selling our family property. Most importantly, she and the MICM team has been successful in helping us secure a sale price that meets our expectations in the current market. Thank you so much for your help throughout!
Faith was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She was always easy to get a hold of and available when we needed her, even when it was at the last minute. She knew the area we were looking at really well and showed us a good variety of properties that fit our criteria and we found one that was just right for us. She was also very friendly and patient with our two small children we had with us.
