We celebrated my son’s birthday party at Playpoint. All the kids had an amazing time, and didn’t want to leave the party. Party host was very helpful and kind. The food was fresh and hot! We definitely recommend this place for kids birthday party.

Credit where credit is due — I attended a birthday party there last week, and I was honestly so impressed. The venue was spotless and well organised, which immediately made a great first impression. The staff genuinely care about the kids and made sure every child felt included and happy. The host was absolutely amazing — friendly, energetic, and in complete control of the party, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free for the parents.nnThe food was fresh and served right on time, and everything was handled professionally. Most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want the party to end, which says everything.nnBecause of this positive experience, many of the mums in our group have already decided they’ll be hosting their upcoming parties there as well. I’ve also visited this venue in the past when it was under the previous owner, and I can confidently say the new management has completely transformed the experience. They are clearly putting in extra effort and going above and beyond to make sure both kids and parents have a wonderful and memorable time.nnHighly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, well-run, and stress-free party venue.
Did birthday party today. Was super amazing. Everything was organized so perfectly. Our host was Noor and she was amazing. Mascots of mickey mouse and minnie mouse were like cherry on the cake as it made our party super duper amazing. Appreciate Jasmine and her staff who is ready to help in our party from start to end. And also very polite and friendly. Castles were amazing. Would highly recommend.
We celebrated a birthday party on 7th February at PlayPoint Melton, and it was such a wonderful experience. The venue was spacious, which made it comfortable for all our guests.nnThe food served was hot and fresh. Our kids enjoyed it very much on the jumping castles. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed.nnThe new management is honestly doing a great job. You can clearly see the positive difference in the way everything is organized and handled. They are professional, well coordinated, and pay attention to small details, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
