Very experienced and professional staff, and punctual on jobs and orders. My chain sprockets and chain were beautifully done and was offered a free adjustment in the next visit to assure safety. I was also thoroughly explained about what service and replacements needed to be done and why was it essential. Thank you Mick Hone Motorcycles. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Pre-ordered a 2022 Suzuki GSXR1000 late 2021 when they told me a new model and colour scheme be arriving. It arrived late March 2022 exactly how they said it would. Was notified every step of the way and got a great deal on Titanium Yoshimura exhaust, tail tidy and all sliders. Bike has been a dream to ride every single time and the buying experience and service was top notch. Highly recommend Mick hone Motorcycles
Done an order online from Mick hone motorcycles for handlebars to qld, everything went smooth, everything was right, was fast shipping. Responded to emails fast.
I've placed several orders via their online store. Efficient service, great communication and good parts inventory on hand. Easy to deal with each time. Parts usually arrive very quickly, well packed, damage free.
Awesome website to navigate with part numbers, prices and availability, I’m an interstate customer who won’t use anyone else. When I’ve had enquires they have always been helpful and prompt.
April/May 2019 [SALES] Purchased a second hand bike there and is running very well. 44k on the clock, starts up every time, and hasn't missed a heart beat. Brakes are good, clutch is snappy, ticks consistently. Mick n Terry made the transaction very fast and the price point was great. I'd definitely go back for second hand bikes here. Thanks guys. Edit December 2019 [AFTER SALES SERVICE] 6 months down the track I got rear ended by a lady and bike went in to get fixed. I gave them her insurance details and they took care of everything and engaged RACV to get the whole thing sorted - this was a real big deal for me given that I was in hospital and it was one less thing to worry about. This element was bloody OUTSTANDING! and I can't thank the team enough for handling the repairs. The only thing I'd watch out for and were the following: 1. The insurance company organized the tow truck to come on Day X at Time Y. Both myself and Mick Hone understood that this was happening at that time, but they released the bike to the tow company the day before. So the only thing I'd recommend here is if you do decide to go with them, is ensure they do not release the bike until the date/time specified; which brings me to point #2 2. Steve sent me a "release" form, because it must be signed prior to them releasing the bike; but what he actually sent was a form advising that I've inspected the bike, and that I've picked it up. When you've recently come out of hospital it's a bit hard to get around... You basically have to sign it otherwise they won't release. He did say to go and inspect prior, but, being injured and all, kind of not on the cards. 3. The bike got home - it doesn't start. The engine turned a couple of times and then wound down till it died. Yup dead battery. I called them on the weekend and the guy says "the repairs were fixed weren't they?" So, essentially, i have a fixed bike that doesn't work in the garage. It was great all the way up until the very end, which was kind of disappointing cos it was just the details that let them down. I'll take a star off for those details mentioned but for whomever is reading, take it as is really. Would I go back? yes. 100%. Those details you can iron out for next time for sure.
My very good panel beater in the Northern Territory, despite his best efforts, couldn't locate a part for my bike anywhere in Australia and was told to expect a long wait to source the part on back order from overseas. There was some urgency as I had was going on long interstate group ride and organised time off work etc. Luckily I phoned these guys who not only had the part for my old bike in stock but managed to get it delivered to me in lightning fast time. Professional, efficient, friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended.
Great service from the guys at Mick Hone M/Cs... I spoke to John first thing in the morning for a couple of parts for my bike, really helpful and knowledgeable. I told hi. I'd be there in a couple of hours, he asked for some details and told me he would have my parts ready.. I walked in the door and the parts where right there with my name on them. Thanks John on the team.

Recently got a roadworthy done here. Fair prices on the fixes I needed, and a bunch of friendly guys in the workshop - special mention to Bob.
