Very professional team, super friendly stuff. Kids dentistry not easy, but this team handled my 5 year old with such excellent approach, that if I had chance, I would mark them more then just 5 stars
I have just finished orthodontic treatment with Dr Wilson at Michelsons and highly recommend this dental clinic! From the first appointment I felt comfortable that Dr Wilson understood my concerns and was able to make recommendations on the best and most effective course of treatment. I had my wire braces on for around 20 months with regular reviews and adjustments. Each appointment I was provided with details of what to expect and next steps for the proceeding months. Honestly I have been completely blown away by the end result but also the journey was easy. I highly recommend going in for a consult if you’re thinking about orthodontic treatment the whole process was great and flexible! The treatment plan was developed in a realistic way and pretty much ran like clockwork! The clinic itself is super friendly with lovely customer service! My seven year old also sees Dr Wilson and loves going!
Dr Valerie and the rest of the staff are the BEST dentists I've ever been to. Dr Valerie is kind, caring and takes the time to make me feel safe and secure, which after years of being afraid of Dental work is very appreciated. Dr Valerie and the assistant are always extremely professional, clear communicators and excellent in their skills of Dentistry. The front-desk staff are friendly, professional and happy to help out. I cannot recommend Dr Valerie and the staff at Michelsons Dental Surgery enough. If you're looking for a team that truly care about their patients, and will help you with any problems you have with understanding and compassion, then this is the place for you. I've also heard excellent things about the other Dentists from friends and family, so no matter who you see, you're sure to be satisfied.
The first day I stepped into Michelson’s dental surgery I felt nothing but welcomed, this made going into a dentist a little less terrifying then usual. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. I completed a 2 year orthodontic plan with Dr Wilson and I can not find words to express how grateful I am. At first glance I fell in love with my new smile it brought tears to my eyes. Dr Wilson was very supportive throughout the process and has given me a smile I could have only dreamed of a few years ago. When being complimented on my smile I make sure to speak highly of Dr Wilson and staff. I would definitely recommend Michelson’s Dental Surgery if you’re looking for a clean, professional environment with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
In all my years of visiting Dentists, it has never been an enjoyable experience, until today !!!! Dr. Sharnam Chopra and his nurse Bec, were absolutely amazing at making me feel at ease, during my procedure. I have no concerns about Dental appointments any more.
I had an appointment the 11/11/2020. I came to your dental clinic for an emergency as I was in such pain. The dentist did a tooth polishing procedure as he said the filler was too high. I suffered too much during this.. I didn't understand why he was doing this even before taking an xray... So unprofessional He also took 2 xray and we could clearly see that there is something going on under the filling. He told me that maybe the xray is just no good enough and we should do another one in 2 weeks. The xray is in such bad quality that we cannot even see the bone or the end of the root for a possible abscess I was completely in shock and I couldn't handle the pain anymore so I started to cry and he gave me an anesthesia and let me go... The day after I went to a dental clinic in Shepparton as the pain was terrible and they found that I was dealing with pulpitis and a harsh infection. Straight away they put me with antibiotics. After what, 2 days later I had the tooth extracted.. I am very disappointed and sad about the poor quality of service and I think that the minimum should be to have a refund.
I am really not good when it comes to the dentist, but Dr Valerie makes me feel so relaxed with her kind ways. Thanks you for you kind and prompt service.
I have always found my dental treatments very good and caring both by the dentists and staff. Whenever an urgent treatment has been warranted there is never a delay.
I was very impressed with my experience. Valerie was so kind and gentle and is extremely thorough. I highly recommend them as your local dentist.
Dr. Wilson helped me with an emergency toothache while passing through town. He was very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
