Fast friendly service. My mother and I had the coffee and cake deal. I had a strawberry gateau, which was dry and sickly sweet. Really not enjoyable. Mum had the mud cake, really dense. The cakes seemed old and if it were me, I wouldn’t be selling them to customers. Also annoying flies hanging around our table so constantly having to swat them away. I get this is a building management concern, but it really interfered with our michels dining experience.
Working at Hollywood Plaza, we are die-hard fans of Michel's coffee ... & their carrot cake ... Mmmmm The Best I've Ever Had
For me, it was limited in what i could eat. After all, this place serves coffee, and takes orders & sells wonderful special occasion cakes. I ordered a cup of tea.
Great homely style place. Do nice coffee. The staff are very nice too.
