(in response to previous review) Hi Lee This is the florist that you spoke to yesterday. Just to confirm, we do not run our website through petals. Petals -the website that you placed your order on, is a relay system based online, they are not a florist. There are a couple of other relay systems online aswell, you may be familiar with a few they are called Interflora, Ready Flowers, Easy Flowers, Megs Flowers , Sarah's, Lilly etc ? They do not have florist shops they send orders through to florists. We received your order from the relay system called petals, but we rejected it at 10:30am, as we did not have the roses and therefore could not fulfil the requirements of the order. The order would have been then sent onto another florist in the area, hence the term "relay" And with the relay system, it has been set up so that if a florist does not respond to an order within one hour of receiving it, the order will automatically leave that florist and go onto the next florist. This has been put in place so that if a florist does not see an order on their computer, for what ever reason, maybe they are closed for business that day, the order does NOT stay with one florist for a long period of time and get forgotten about/not delivered. The order will just automatically leave that florist and go onto the next florist, if there is no response, until a florist accepts the order. Perhaps petals had received too many orders yesterday through their relay system, due to Christmas and it caused a glitch in their system. But we believe that we did the right thing, by rejecting an order 30 mins after we received it, as we did not have the flowers that were required for it.

Worst florists ever. Ordered at 10am for same day delievery. Rang at 3pm to check that everything was going to be ok with the order only to be told that they had rejected the order and to call the relay site 'petals' their website runs through. Rang Petals only to be told that the order hadnt been rejected and still with Michelles. Petals rang Michelles to be told the same story I had been told. Long story short my order is not going to be filled by Michelles and another florist is scrambling to fill my order which WILL NOT be received same day. Considering it was a welcome home gift to be there when the recipent arrived home the gift will not really be applicable the next day. VERY DISSAPOINTED
