Let me start off by firstly saying that Michelle's passion and love for what she does really shows through the quality of her work. I have been going to Michelle for about 4 years now, and have always left my appointment feeling happy with the results and never disappointed. Not only is she efficient and professional, she has an amazing personality as well. Michelle is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She is easy to get along with, always takes care of her clients, and makes sure you feel comfortable (which is what everyone wants when getting waxed). I will never go anywhere else!! Thanks Michelle for everything!

I have been going to Michelle for over 10 years now and there is no one I would rather see or that I can trust like her. She has become a friend and I person I value dearly. Michelle you are a true champion that goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank You so much for always working with me around my work time table. I don't know what I would without you. I have been seeing Michelle for over 7 years. On my first visit she instantly made me feel comfortable and at home! She is an expert in her field and genuinely LOVES her job. I won't see anyone else and have recommended my family and friends to see her. I'm a regular waxing client but I've also seen Michelle for the occasional pedicure and I honestly would never go anywhere else. I always feel pampered and relaxed, yes that's right! Relaxed after being waxed!! Thank you Michelle xx

If you are looking for professional, quality service with a smile look no further than Michelle's Beauty Planet. Straight away I could tell Michelle LOVES her job as she puts 110% into every one of my appointments and makes sure I leave completely happy. From a simple eyebrow wax to a pampering pedicure Michelle has NEVER disappointed. Even though I have moved a further 20 minutes away I am happy to travel the extra distance knowing that I will get treated like a valued client. Michelle you truly are a gem and I hope you know you have the ability to make each of us feel beautiful!!

I have entrusted my beauty needs to Michelle for over 10 years now.  She exudes a warmth, professionalism and passion for her work that instantly makes you feel comfortable. With Michelle, you know you are in good hands!  She has always known exactly what I needed (beyond even my waxing/beauty needs!), the quality of her work unrivaled. Although I live interstate now, I still come to see Michelle whenever I'm in Melbourne and it feels like coming home.  Every. Time. Michelle, you are a star! Thanks for always going above and beyond, and for working around my travel schedule!!
