Lately I have been a regular customer here and always buy an ice coffee. It is the best ice coffee I ever had. Better than Starbucks and McDonald's. Staff members are good. Everyone is so nice and polite.

Had a very bad experience from the guy who work here. Can't complain about the girls though. I don't know how someone can be this rude to customers. It is not just the quality of your food, but your service matters a lot. Try to be nice with customers, let them come back. A warm welcome and a nice smile on your face is more refreshing than the coffee you serve.

Great coffee made by Husband and Wife,I try get my daily Latte and Cap for my wife here as often as I can,very friendly staff, even when I’m not buying from the store I always receive a hello.

i was here last wednesday. not the best coffee but better than most of the cafe. i could see indians/south asians along with australiani think working there. may i please know the names of hard working staff members?

Was here to buy a cake for my sister. The lady there is really nice to all the customers. They also have many cake varieties as well as eggless options. The cake I bought was eggless and it was good. Had a good experience being here. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I went to buy birthday cake and selected chocolate cake , I asked the  person who was serving me if that cake is fresh which he confirmed yes but when we cut the cake it was so dry I felt as I ruined her bday. I normally buy from Parramatta and loved all the times but it's was first time I bought from Westmead and regrated my decision. Please be honest to your customer so they can explore other options. Very disappointed.

This shop is under new management and the new owners always give great service. I highly recommend the coffee and cake for $6.90. Today was the best cake I have had in a long time :-

I love Michels coffee , he knows mine and my husbands order as soon as he sees us , makes it extra hot on cold and windy days , really cares about his customers ! Great service great coffee .

Had brought eggless cake from this shop after reading the good reviews, it was vanalia in flavour as I got the last minute pickup,as no other options was available.  The cake was good but was very sweet in taste, would have been little less then better. May be the cake was made from wheat flour though am not sure about it. But it tasted so. Everything was good but was very very sugary!! Would give 3/5 rating for that reason. As my expectations was high after reading the comments. Though have to try my hands on different flavours.
