The couple servings you at this place are super quick and thoughtful. We always receive such quality customer service here with some yummy feta-spinach rolls and of course proper coffee!
Bought a Black Forest cake from this place today 6th Jan 2021 for a birthday in the family. It was dry, lacked flavour and tasted stale. Unlikely I will ever go back to this shop. UPDATE A MONTH LATER : I went back to the shop when I was in the area and when I informed the owner about the earlier experience, their response was: "Next time bring the cake back so we can investigate." Which sounded to me like they were trying to wiggle out of a replacement or a refund. Neither of which I had asked for, but was looking to see hiw they would respond. So they expect that after a birthday party and slicing up cake for everyone, if we find it stale or bad we must stop and put it all back together ? Or save a slice to take it back ? He then suggested we dont take a cake from the display, but take what he called a "fresh" one from the freezer, which he assured us would be fresh if allowed to defrost all day on the table. This bakery's understanding of freshness is something else.
Excellent Cappuccinos every time we visit.
Just collected my son's birthday cake and they had mixed up the order for the second time. Cakes and coffee are delicious but I find it hard with the seating right in the middle of the shopping centre. You have to wait ages in line usually and then wait even longer for your order to arrive. Not very polite either.
It's a Michelle's, not a restaurant. You'd expect to find them in the middle of shopping centers, so there's nothing new about that. I live about 2 minutes away and there's definitely plenty of seating and I've never been there and had to wait longer then 1 or 2 minutes for someone to take my order. Unless you are there at absolute peak time then the service is generally quick and consistent. The trading hours listed on Google for this Michelle's is INCORRECT as well. They are open by 6:00am everyday and close is 5:00pm.

Ashley and Ken and their team are always friendly. Coffee is awesome. Best in the business. Stop by and see for yourself.
I bought a cake from this shop and I had an issue with the freshness so I took it back and they where extremely friendly about it, they gave me a full refund and a free cake and apologised to me, I think this shop and staff are exellent.
