My shoes were expertly re-soled & heeled and are like new. He recommended the work to be done but left it up to me to decide what level I wanted. It is a pleasure to deal with someone this good who listens and is always pleasant. I would recommend this service to anyone who loves their shoes.
Michael supplied and engraved both of our pet's name tags for us. He has a large selection and beautiful writing! Costs around $10 for the tag and $5 for the engraving including my phone number on the back.
Very quick and efficient service for two lots of engraving and key cutting. Always friendly to deal with and wearing a huge smile. Highly recommend Michael's Keys & Gifts.
Nice guy but high prices and items always left in store unattended. Went there 3 different times to drop off/pick up and had to wait around at least 10 mins for him to come back to the shop. Without notes or anything.
He is really nice and friendly but I must have been there 4 times with 4 different shoe repair issues seemingly basic and he's never been able to fix any of them, the problem always seems too complex or he has no parts.... the last time was a basic buckle fix. Bizzare to claim shoe repair when you can't repair shoes.
Got two keys copied. No one was in the store and had to wait 10 minutes. He had gone to get a newspaper. When he returned there was no apology just him waving the newspaper. Got home after getting the keys cut and neither of them worked.
Unreliable service, high prices and customers’ items are left unsecured while shop is unattended.
