Dodgy business. I saw a reasonable price for a product, came to store and I was advised that the price is for online purchase only. I could see stocks on the shelves. Walked out to my car to place an order for pick up they said I have to wait 48 hours for preparation ?! . As soon as I started an order, the item became out of stock and disappeared from the system. Very quick IT job to prevent customer purchasing goods from their own business.
Extremely poor service!! Customer service is terrible, we purchased a medescan cool mist humidifier. Saw on their own website that they had it for 79.95, rang and confirmed they had it and they held it as I said we would come and get it. Got there 20 minutes later to purchase and they charged another $5... explanation: because we didn't purchase online via click and collect so this is the "instore" price?!... umm regardless of method this is the advertised price. The customer service lady wouldn't see reason and did not have a reasonable explanation for the difference in price. My child was crying and in desperation I paid it to get out of there. It was only $5 but I think that is completely unreasonable. Money hungry!
Horrendous customer service. Stood at the counter with 5 others for 10 minutes while the chemist stood in view clicking buttons on her computer ignoring us. Left before making a purchase. Lucky there’s a far better chemist up the road. Don’t waste your time here.
day 1 into lockdown I walked in to the chemist an old lady that was working there wasn't wearing her mask properly she only wrapped the mask around her neck which was very unsafe todo. they also used the lockdown time to put their price high for a disposable mask $4.95 each for a single use! very expensive chemist!
The workers at Wembley are always so great, they greet me with smiles. I always grab some lotto every time I go past and they have some good sales on sometimes
Great store go there at least three times a week to put lotto on ,can pick up some good Bargains while you there. Ella always helpful and friendly just like the rest of team .
Great beauty service - eyebrow wax and tint - by Bianca. I was greeted with a warm smile and was made to feel comfortable throughout the duration of the appointment.
