Awesome local family, great service
I’m a local and got profiled as a tourist the other day when I dressed nice for dinner, they tried to charge me $17 for a pre-loaded hop card just randomly extra on that day just cause, she just looked at me then decided this is the price today- this is illegal and not how we work on Waiheke Island.nBe careful, know your rights as a consumer, AT advertises this location as selling pre loaded hop cards for $15. That’s their legal obligation to sell it at their price, but I will boycott the store altogether from now on.nSuper cheeky, super greedy, not cool.nI sought advice before posting this as I love my community, but this was really disappointing.
Lovely people, great choices
The one stop for all your necessities including wine and lotto outlet, locally owned by a lovely local family who take care of the locals with always a smile. Service is great, hours open early to late everyday. 5 star rating.
