Located just on the edge of the city, very convenient, not much of a walk to the free tram zone. The rooms are basic but very nice for the price and have all you need for a few nights stay. Staff are lovely and always happy to help and answer your questions

The rooms are great, presented well and extremely clean!

stars for a 3 star hotel. Clean, convenient, friendly staff. Rooms are small, basic and minimal. $5 parking if you book directly.

Pros: Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned everyday. 24hr reception. Cheap. Convenient location near city/restaurants/etc. Cons: Rooms are too small for the number of beds fitted and smelt weird. Shared kitchen was dirty. No elevator so had to carry luggage several floors up. Room AC controlled by reception. Noise from some machinery outside the building (sounds like a compressor of some sort). Summary: Would I return? No! Especially since they charged us for damage that we didn't cause.
