We offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere - The smile and service are guaranteed!

The Mexican Kitchen has been serving the flavours of Mexico since 1980 in the heart of Fremantle's famous Cappuccino Strip. We offer alfresco dining in the streets of Fremantle and also a downstairs area for large bookings. Our famous cocktail bar houses a large assortment of authentic tequila, unavailable in other parts of town.

This truly authentic Mexican restaurant has been here for over 40 years. I went as a teen & we booked & ate downstairs at a large banquette. The drinks are yum, but the food... sensational. This time we walked in & ate upstairs. 2 meals & 2 cocktails for $70. Very nice.
Amazing food. Ate far more than I should have! Staff are very friendly and the sangria was just as I remember from my travels.
This place never disappoints. Don't hesitate! Nachos are amazing, make sure you get the guacamole! If your not a big eater you might want to share it.
A very popular place so book ahead online. Walk ins on top level, bookings below with more atmosphere. I only wish they did a combo/ tasting plate! Plenty for vegos/ GF. Extra area out back for largee groups
Great Mexican restaurant! Excited our expectations. Beef nachos were divine and the frozen margarita is spot on Lots of old cars, cool bikes and people from all over the world passing by on the Main Street, great experience.
