Bought an expensive bat from this business and it snapped clean off the handle after using it a second time in the nets. When I returned it to ask for a new one they refused to provide a replacement because they couldn’t be sure it hadn’t been misused. Had I known at the time this was illegal I would have stood my ground and demanded a replacement. Instead, I allowed them to repair the bat. However, they did a terrible job at the repair as the handle was set at an extreme angle, basically turning the bat into the shape of a banana. They eventually agreed to replace the bat but not before I’d already used it in a game and scooped a catch to mid-on due to the ridiculous angle of the handle.
Always get the best advise and never any pressure. Bought my lads bats there from smallest to finally Full Size today. Proper service with a smile and genuine care. Part of WA history is going to Muelmanns every summer. Thanks Guys.
