Really arrogant driver with very bad attitude.nI was travelling from hobart city on a Mount Stuart 540 service on Wednesday 14th of June 2023 at 7:07 PM. it was extremely dark inside the bus because I believe the lights were not turned on. I genuinely thought that it’s not safe for passengers inside as we were not able to see whatever happening inside a bus. I politely asked the driver that because it’s too dark inside it may be unsafe for some passengers. In reply to that he arrogantly said we have cameras here and I don’t want to turn on the lights as I don’t like it. I replied him i was worried if somebody misbehaved and steal something we won’t have any evidence as it’s really dark and I don’t think the cameras inside would get a good image without light and i was about to leave he closed the door and said look at the cameras they work in dark as well and said that’s not your problem.nReally unhappy with his behaviour.
Worst service buses are never on time. If there is a competition of worsts then metro service will be second cuz they are the worst
The most unreliable bus service in Australia. The timetables are not updated. Was travelling from hobart to Glenorchy today and was waiting in the bus stop for 30 minutes. None of the scheduled services showed up. They claim that the app is updated with interrupted services but its not the case.
I can't live without this place it's a good service
Love metro without them it b hard. nice drivers and clean buses and smooth driving
