I was pleasantly suprised by their quick and helpful response recently after I left a backpack behind on a bus. Picked it up from Moonah with no fuss at all - and the informational mural on the wall in reception there is worth popping in for a look if you happen to be passing. If only they could bring the same efficiency and quality of service to maintaining a schedule.
Great customer service. After not catching buses for over 15 years, I had no clue what I was doing. I went into Metro as I was after a GreenCard on the spot since catching the bus was a spare of the moment decision and I had no cash on me. The guy helped me get a card set up with credit on it within only minutes. He also explained how to recharge it.
it was pretty good but the shops are only 8am to 4:30pm and aren't open on weekends.
Love metro without them it b hard. nice drivers and clean buses and smooth driving
The most unreliable bus service in Australia. The timetables are not updated. Was travelling from hobart to Glenorchy today and was waiting in the bus stop for 30 minutes. None of the scheduled services showed up. They claim that the app is updated with interrupted services but its not the case.
