They definitely water down their petrol. Everywhere else I get 640kms out of a tank but at this place only 580kms. They also charge an extra fee once you get to the checkout. So incredibly dishonest. It's also a very unclean venue with staff on their phones once you go inside.
Great price on the diesel. Not the ideal fuel stop when busy Sunday afternoon, if towing a longer rig mine is 14.5 m combined due to limited turning space, but that was on me. Female staff were lovely.
The fella who served me 15/9/24 couldn’t wait two seconds for me two pull up my digital card on my phone I have a few and then said to me, in front of other customers “can I serve other customers while you transfer money” which is extremely embarrassing to say out loud, let alone being incorrect in your statement. I was pulling up my card and then have to enter the passcode and click your phones button twice before you even have the option to pay. Please teach your employees to keep comments to themselves and have patience, especially in the digital word. How many times has your eftpos or certain machines/ pumps not working or need fixing?
Can't complain about the service because there isn't any!! 4 people waiting to pay and the guy behind the counter was too busy filling the fridge. He barely acknowledged anyone either.. cheap fuel, even cheaper service...
Two star rating because although the 98 RON fuel was cheap, they have a credit card surcharge on ALL cards, including basic EFTPOS. I paid with cash, but they didn't get the change right.
