Had the pleasure of doing some work for Paul. Turns out he is very lose with the truth and when called out on it simply doubled down on his previously addressed misunderstandings. I would not be prepared to do business with some one with his propensity to deliberately mislead. As for the response from Paul below he is still being deceptive as I didn't choose to respond this way. He left me with no choice after ignoring my phone call and email response to his complaints which were factually incorrect and then responding on the same platform in a totally misleading manner. Paul, you have only confirmed what I have said about the way you do business by replying with a half truth. Very deceptive.
These guys went out of their way to provide a small part that I needed. Amazing craftsmanship, quality and customer service. Highly recommended

Friendly service good supply of materials
Quite disappointed by their customer service. We had them in to quote a balustrade and then when I tried to book them in did not get responses to emails. Finally got a hold of them a month later after they didn’t return calls/emails and I was told they were “fully booked for 6 months”.

Limited stock at a high price. Typical south African. So you sell competitors your product at a higher price? Your a joke. Racial slur? Just a typical example is all.
