The customer service is a big joke, being a 10 years customer,I had to cancel my account straight away. Byebye
Do not bother with the 'Consumer Support Centre' unless you have an abuse fetish. This joint is way more concerned with blaming their customers and minimising problems than listening to something which could conceivably cause harm to their other customers. All of the grocery stores in this country appear to be evil, and I'm sorry Metcash is now onboard. I will be spending money grudgingly at my local shops and sending curses to all of the executives and decision-makers who set these profit-gouging prices and write these customer-abusing scripts. Pull your head in, Metcash. You are now just as bad as the others.
My partner went to IGA for vege seems like its all been packed by Metcash. The silverbeet was folded over so rotted where it was bent, the gold squash was rotten when i washed it & all were excessively packed with copious amounts of plastic. I doubt if the snow peas are actually snow peas or just immature pods the Brussel sprouts travelled well as did the Cauli Broc.
What rude ppl these are they have disgusting phone manners don't deal with them ever
