arrogant and dismissive, unwilling to look at anything if its not the brand he deals with..not all of us can afford expensive mowers..maybe your in the wrong town if youre not willing to help out locals on lower wage bracket.

I haven't been to mes otaki but I'm close to where this place is I work at another factory close by but from what I see and here this place has great business and very experienced with what they do and know.
