Although first time renting is never easy, Sue made this process so much less stressful as she was compassionate, attentive and always responded to any concerns. I would highly recommend mervsmithrealty to any young people looking for a temporary home. I am forever grateful
excellent company to rent from. sue is accomodate our early release from tenancy agreement.thoroughly recommend them
I can't speak highly enough of Mike and Sue. The professional service in getting my property ready and rented. An outstanding experience.
Sue proves every stereotype about property managers wrong. She remained professional, understanding, and compassionate during my tenancy under them, even when my roommates and I weren't exactly being reasonable. Even after we moved out and were technically not her problem anymore, she still did what she could to help. Its refreshing to have a property manager on my side for once. Can't reccommend these guys enough to rent under/manage properties.
Renting a house is a lot like dating. You put in a lot of time and effort in finding somewhere to live. And like all good things, when it’s time to end; you hope you treated them well enough for them not to screw you on the way out. Our tenancy under Merv Smith Realty was a breath of fresh air. Maintenance with the house was actioned without delay, inspections have been respectful and professional and communication with the team and contractors has been excellent. On our departure, the team were fair and reasonable with items we missed and gave ample opportunity to rectify these concerns, ensuring we left the house clean and with our full bond. I look forward to contacting Sue and Mark directly for rentals in the future. I also encourage home owners who value long term renters to reach out to the team at Merv Smith Reality. All the best from the boys at Prospect Terrace.
Sue was so compassionate and helpful with finding my daughter a rental property. It was a simple and seamless process with Sue by our side the whole way. My daughter and l are very grateful.
Sue was a pleasure to work with during my tenancy. She responded quickly and addressed any concerns or issues I had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Merv Smith Realty.
