Mermaid Waters Dental has been operating for over 25 years. Our Dentists pride themselves on giving you the best care for your mouth at a very reasonable cost.

We are a health fund oriented practice which means we provide high quality, friendly and professional care but with a focus on minimal out of pocket costs. We are located within one of the Gold Coasts major shopping centres, Q Super Centre.

Since the very first phone call I made to the clinic to the end of my treatment the staff made me feel so comfortable and has been very caring and informative. This practice definitely goes the extra mile to satisfy their clientele. Special mention to Lucy for the attention to details and the efforts she puts in to make your treatment an enjoyable experience. Definitely deserves a raise! Will definitely be back when needed!

Worst and most unprofessional dentist I have ever come across! Came into an appointment in a lot of pain and asked to be checked out, didn’t even get a hello by the male dentist Richard when I was brought into my appointment, I sat in the dentist chair for less then two minutes of him checking my mouth out and wasn’t given an answer on what was wrong and was sent out to be finished. The only enjoyable experience was the front desk ladies who helped me out with what will help the pain as I was almost in tears and they then recommended me to go and get a proper x ray of my mouth done at q scan and hand it back to the dentist which I did and was told they would ring me back in ten minutes of handing it in and I had to call up myself six hours later to find out what was happening as I was in excruciating pain just to be told there was “nothing wrong” so I went to another dentist the next day who told me my wisdom teeth were infected and needed to be removed immediately. Will never be going back.
Thorough and comprehensive care offered. The staff were very helpful and the dentist talked me through my options clearly and concisely. The focus on preventative care is a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone

After not going to the dentist in over a decade my first clean was excruciatingly painful but dr Rhea was very sympathetic. My second clean was much nicer I only cried once. The staff here are so great I can't recommend them more.
Had a fantastic experience at Mermaid Waters Dental. Not typically a fan of dental visits, but was very well looked after by Rachel and her assistant, Georgia. Was looking for a new local dentist and found everything I was looking for at Mermaid Dental. Will definitely go back and would recommend.
