Some reception staff are extremely rude. Not helpful at all. I paid a lot of $$ to see Dr Chris Soo and can’t get through to the referring psychiatrist they don’t answer ph or emails to ask for my diagnosis letter after asking previously in the appt for it. Now have to pay $$ to see Chris Soo when I have already paid a fortune. Not very happy.

Had a appointment at 3:30. Waited 3 hours to be seen. Was sent home with a piece of paper telling me to fix the problem myself. Jonathan Marchand was no help. Would recommend any other doctor there

The worst. Because all they are interested in is money. Customer of 30 years. I just phoned them chasing an escript by phone as an emergency because I have a condition that quite easily can kill you. I could pay more than bulk bill if needed. They said no. Disgraceful.

I have been seeing Dr Jonathan Marchand for over four years. Being a specialist GP, he is without doubt the most knowledgeable and informative Doctor I have ever encountered. Each and every time I see him, he willingly combines his expertise and willingness to listen and discuss my health issues with kindness and patience – never rushing me out the door. I always feel like I am in such good hands, with each problem thoroughly investigated, examined and treated. So grateful! Support staff lovely and always helpful too.

If you need blood results urgently, go somewhere else. Called 3 times in one day for urgent results to then be told the Dr had gone home and they didn’t get around to it.nAbsolutely not good enough especially when you are paying private clinic fees.
