We had a wonderful time at the Meriton Suites. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we asked for things like an extra blanket and pillow. The room had a lovely view of the river and felt spacious. We took one star off for location because at the time we were next to the construction of the new museum, but when this is completed it will only add to the appeal.
We stayed at this apartment hotel for the fourth time. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I want to specially mention Shiwani Kumari who went above and beyond to assist us in having the room we wanted with patience and courtesy.nThe hotel is in a great location, near the light rail and fabulous restaurants. Highly recommend.
Excellent location in the middle of a restaurant precint.nClose to public transport.nProperty is very clean, staff are very hospitable and obliging staff, thoroughly enjoyed our week there.nHighly recommended.

Service: I had booked a stay at Meriton Suites on Church Street for business trip through a travel portal, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation.nnThankfully, Danny was super helpful and managed to sort out a room for me even though they were fully booked.nnRoom: The room provided was big and spacious. However, the bedsheets has some black stains. While the toilet/shower room has small flies.
