Mum was at Mercy Sth Shepp for almost 7 years, in all that time we were always kept up to date with mums dementia issues, whenever I had any concerns I felt heard and even with the problems of staffing levels that are common in all centres, mum was cared for to the best of their ability.  As a family we will always be grateful for everything that they did for her. A special thank you to Jenn, Bron and Lisa who were my “Go To “ girls but there were many others and our family is grateful for all the wonderful support everyone had for mum and us.

Elder abuse at its worst. Verbal abuse, deliberate neglect and management dont fix it

Should be renamed No Mercy .
