My mother is there & loves it. The staff are always lovely when I'm there & I stay the hole day.

Negligent. My grandmother was given another patients anti-psychotic medication as well as her own. She almost died then and didn't last much longer afterward. It took two weeks for Mercy Place to acknowledge a problem. Despite warning signs and the prompting of visitors, Mercy Place did not properly notify us when my grandparents were dying. We never saw either of them in their last moments. The cleaner was the one to hold my grandpa's hand. My experience of Mercy Place Colac has been overwhelmingly negative.
