I went there for breakfast, and I was really impressed. There was a great variety of food, and everything was fresh, warm, and delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive.nnChef Zain prepared a delicious omelet for my son, which he absolutely loved. Ruby kindly helped us get the internet working on my son's tablet, which we really appreciated. Katie and Karin at the bar made us wonderful hot chocolate and coffee and served us with genuine warmth and kindness.nnOverall, it was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be coming back again to start another pleasant day there. Highly recommended!
Very nice modern hotel. Rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable and the pillows are plump and supportive. Very quiet, well soundproofed.nnWe enjoyed room service and the buffet breakfast.nnLocation is good if you need to be in this part of Melbourne. Westfield across the street.nnWe didn’t know much about the facilities and services of the hotel as there was no info in the room, not even a QR code and we weren’t told at reception so we never made it to the pool, or knew when breakky ended etc.
We dined at the restaurant Mr Meader last night. The service provided from Claire was outstanding. The food was amazing 10/10. We started off with the Grilled flatbread with 3 dips and Grilled prawns. Our mains were Seafood Linguini and Porterhouse steak. The flavour in the seafood linguini was like wow. We sat by the window and the view was great. Will definitely return to this hidden gem. Parking was free underneath in the car park.
Our room was very classy and modern with enough of what we needed for one-night stay. We were somewhat disappointed when we arrived at 9:30pm and the air conditioner was set to 16 degrees! It was freezing, especially as the foyer was the perfect temperature. We changed it to 22 degrees but nothing seemed to happen. It wasn't until we rang room service the second time the first time we requested blankets that the staff came and set it to 27 degrees. :nPerhaps some instructions or a sign to indicate what the aircon should be set to, would be helpful? Otherwise we loved the room.
I stayed here for my bday and was a bit disappointed. When I asked for some cutlery for my bday cake I had to go get it myself, the heated pool was cold, the room had no ammenities so you couldn’t even make toast or boil water and to top it off the bond doesn’t go straight back into your account so now I’m broke for the rest of the week. The best part was the breakfast
