Stayed here during my visit to Sydney. Nice hotel with a good ambience. Rooms were big and clean. Bathroom size was ok too. Staff was friendly. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. I had a room with nice view to the Central station.
A fantastic stay, yet again. Very convenient location near Central Station, buses and Haymarket. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Clean rooms that have all the standard items. Liked the moodlighting and views over Central. Breakfast delivered was nice and filling.
I am currently staying at this hotel; since my arrival the staff has be friendly and willing to help; the meals are quiet nice also from what I have experienced so far.
So far excellent... doing our quarantine here and they are diligent whilst being very helpful.
Dirty carpet with an awful order. Circuit breaker kept tripping in our room and the tiny flee like insects in our bathroom were unpleasant to say the least. The duty manager Victoria was and is 5 star. The remainder of the staff were 4 star. Had our room not been a pig pen they would have received a higher rating from me.
Rooms are spacious particularly for a big city though bathrooms are compact. Everything is neat and tidy. It's a business travellers hotel but they have all the amenities you could need as well as a gym, pool, restaurant etc. Staff are excellenta nd very helpful with the endless requests for informationa nd maps from travellers.
