We were well looked after when we arrived to check in. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was also very good, provided us and the kids the privacy we needed with the sliding divider. We all slept very well. The kids loved it. The only thing we observed was the room was very dusty.
We stayed twice before and after hitting one of the islands. The service was friendly and helpful, the gym was really good, the buffet breakfast was good, we had dinner there as well. They had a chef cook up whatever combo of noodles/ pasta and ingredients you wanted and cook it in front of you while you wait. I'd stay again for sure.
A great stay, beds comfy, 2x Queen beds is a great room option for families or singles/ couples happy to share a room. Large room with big bathroom. Nice buffet breakfast.
This place is awesome. We stopped here for 1 night on our way home to the sunny coast from Townsville. Has everything you need, felt very fancy. Room service from the shingle inn downstairs was great too. We’ll be back next time!
