We had such a great stay! The beds were comfortable, rooms were a generous size and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The cafe in the lobby also served delicious coffee. The only fault was that the rostering manager did not have enough staff on so the poor young girl was working all on her own! She was extremely efficient and polite considering the circumstances. I would definitely stay here again!
I was very positively impressed: the staff was most courteous and attentive, the cafe lovely, and the room very comfortable and clean, great value for money overall.nThere was a really faint scent coming from the air-conditioning system, which is absolutely expected in a tropical location.nVery much recommend to stay here
Rooms are spacious, comfortable bedding, and great bathroom facilities, we couldn’t fault our accommodation. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about the food. We had dinner and breakfast, both buffet style with limited choices. The beef in the beef and broccoli dish, was overcooked and tough, not palatable at all. Breakfast was pretty much the same, cold, tough bacon, dripping with fat that was not pleasant to eat. We would highly recommend the accomodation, however would advise to eat elsewhere.
Most staff were lovely, bed was extremely uncomfortable and small, the buffet was way overpriced and food was terrible both breakfast and dinner. Most of the staff were very nice except for one older lady, she was so rude to guests with a public display, and she should not be at the forefront of the business. Dishes you pay for had run out and were not replaced, very disappointed, sad to say the last few meals we had while staying were from a noodle shop.
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous especially on checking in giving us information about places to eat and what the place had to offer. The room was spacious with comfy beds. All amenities provided and thought of including comfy sitting area. The only thing that would’ve been good to have was a mirror within the room not just the bathroom. Best tv in any room I have stayed in. The roof top bar was lovely with nice gin! Thank you - would recommend and would definitely stay again.
