The staff were extremely helpful and courteous especially on checking in giving us information about places to eat and what the place had to offer. The room was spacious with comfy beds. All amenities provided and thought of including comfy sitting area. The only thing that would’ve been good to have was a mirror within the room not just the bathroom. Best tv in any room I have stayed in. The roof top bar was lovely with nice gin! Thank you - would recommend and would definitely stay again.
Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good quality products used in the rooms for shower gel and shampoo. The club linked does a good buffet breakfast and dinner. There's also a restaurant linked who does good waffles. Location is good, plenty of parking.

Paid parking for secure parking.nStaff friendly & helpful.nThere was construction in the foyer when we arrived, but couldn’t hear any noise from rooms.nRooms were clean, spacious & had plenty of amenities - bathroom products, kettle, coffee, etc.nRooms were quiet.nCheck in & check out was quick & easy.nnThe restaurant attached to the hotel was well equipped but felt a bit pricey. $42/ adult for the buffet. This is great, there was plenty of food to choose from, I know the price is for ‘all you can eat’ but we would never be able to eat that much. Maybe there could be an offer for a 1 plate price.nnOverall the trip was great.
We just had the most lovely stay at Mantra in Gladstone. The staff went over and above to help us in the back entrance of the carpark to allow space for our camper trailer to remain attached to the car. All of the staff we spoke with were full of smiles, so kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and very clean. Good movie options on the TV for the kids after a long drive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!
We really liked this hotel.nReception staff upon check-in in were wonderful and very understanding and considerate of a request I made.nRoom is modern, clean, comfortable and the aircon is really quiet.nParking - open air in the club carpark unless you pay extra for secure parking. Note: someone could still climb into the car park. Still best to remove all valuables.nThe club area next to the hotel looks clean and welcoming.
