I had done couple of test drive for past one week, but my experience with the Mercedes-Benz Melbourne was totally different. I found the sales executive Jason Xie so friendly, honest and helpful. He patiently walked us through all the available options and the details. I really enjoyed my visit. Kudos to the entire team.

The worst customer service i have ever had, waited around for 30 minutes to not even be seen. They also organized for someone to look at the same car I was at the same time and served them first. Highly recomend not coming to this dealership.
