I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of your truck drivers recently. I was coming from hospital and have my 2 months baby on board. There was road works going on clayton road and the left lane was emerging but The driver was not happy to give way he honked on me, than he came out of his truck and started a argument with me I told him that I have 2 month old baby on board and keep calm but he didn't stop harassing us. He was foul mouthed person he was totally unprofessional but also exhibited dangerous driving behavior. He was speeding, driving recklessly and tailgating my vehicle. Additionally, he was visibly agitated and rude when interacting with other road users. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also puts others at serious risk. I urge your company to address this issue immediately to ensure the safety of everyone on the road.Not only did I feel unsafe, but the driver also ignored traffic rules.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of regard for other road user is totally unacceptable. I expect better from your company and hope you take immediate action to address this issue.

I visited their Mentone showroom few months ago, the person in the showroom was very helpful in selecting the color and advise for our new home driveway. I asked if they have any recommended trade person to do the job. He gave me 5 contact people and a brochure. I rang everyone few times to give me the quote but unfortunately no one but one turned up.nMy suggestion is they should change their recommended list.
Rude, reckless and dangerous drivers. Ran off the road by MPMX05 as they decided to change to the left lane without checking or indicating. The only response from the obese driver was to laugh.
Just wanted to say how impress I was with the professional manner Mentone Premix dealt with a small problem yesterday. My order was mis heard on the phone and we were short a small balance as a result. I received a call immediately apologising after they checked and played back the phone order. The balance arrived really quickly. Great customer service.
