Every time I walked into this place, I felt like I was walking into my family's house. Thanks to the management team Julia and Beth for being accessible at all times, they truly understand all our needs. All staff worked with love and care. My father stayed there and my mother visited him every day. Both of them were well taken care of. We were fortunate to meet this place.
My dearest mum was at Greenway Gardens in Heathmont until recently.nnI would sincerely like to thank Julia the Director of Nursing who has a true heart of gold, and her beautiful and gracious staff for looking after my mum with such tender loving care.nnSuch a warm and cosy atmosphere with a lovely bush setting.nnI was in there every day with my mum and did get to know the staff well. I found it to be very reassuring knowing that mum was in good hands.nnThank you all so very much
I did not know of the sanctions in place when I placed my mother in care at Greenway Gardens. After reading some reviews, believe me, I felt for the victims, the only way to describe those in care there at the time.nI have been absolutely delighted with the new Greenway. All who work there are VERY friendly and cannot do enough to help with any requests not only from the residents but also their families. The help given to residents with entertainment and outings are to be commended. The medical staff keep me up to date as to the health of my mother so we can at our choice, obtain the appropriate medical care for her.nMy wife and I have had a few meals at Greenway with my mother and they are very tasty and the desserts to want more for.nMother is very happy and as I, feel like it is just like one big happy family. Keep up the great work all who help to generate happiness and peace of mind for the residents and also their families.
Top notch place. Lovely friendly staff who know the residents. Beautiful outdoor greenery visible through open windows. Chirping birds add to the natural bushland feel. Courtyard to sit in. Lots of small nooks for receiving visitors and fix yourself a cuppa at the same time.
Horrible place. At the start it seems good. But after video footage of what they did to my grandpa it’s makes me so sick and sad knowing my kind grandpa got treated so bad. He was told to piss in his bed, wouldn’t clean him up. Then pushed his legs down when he tried to get up. They wouldn’t give him drinks he would be begging for a drink and the nurse would tell him to shut the F up. And so much more! The worst thing is the nurse is still working there. I feel bad for all the elderly people in this home.nnI couldn’t imagine what he was thinking before he died make me so sad RIP
