When I walked in Serve centre and was so welcoming. I felt really welcomed. Regarding the service, I was extremely impressed by their customer care, offering the tea and many more. Furthermore, the technician sent me the video that how the car was getting checked in depth details. I'm an interstate traveler that needed a service on my car. From the moment I was greeted at the service counter, I was made to feel wanted. Just like a customer should. Mike who looked after me at the service counter was terrific. I didn't book a loan car but they still found me one. Got a great video on my car's health check and overall did everything I requested in a timely manner. Top Effortt Melville for proving that great customer service still exists.
Recently purchased a used card from here and everyone was lovely. From the ladies at reception to my salesman Raphael and even the big boss Paul, I was welcomed with warm smiles everywhere and provided impeccable service. It was not the usual car dealer experience we have grown to expect in the past. Raphael is an awesome active listener; making huge efforts in areas of interest and no hassles were made to sell me anything I did not want. Easiest cost discussions and paperwork, ever. Michael S and the service team are the best in Perth. I have been disappointed with other Mazda dealerships but at Melville mazda the level of customer service and expertise are above reproach. I happily make drive to the southern suburbs to have them look after my car and family. A credit to the brand.
Recently bought CX9 from them and just wow, the customer service was excellent, no fake promises and delivery of the car was quick. Special thanks to Joel and Andy, just bcos of these two I ended up buying this lovely car here.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I bought a car from them in January 2022. The day after I got the car I had to bring it back for a gearbox problem. They couldn’t change the it.I waited 7 weeks to get the car back!!!! And guess what?! After I got it back, the car still had the problem. The manager Joel told me that he ordered the sensor and I had to wait. After 6 weeks I called him and he said that I can bring the car back in 4 weeks. I asked him if I can have a courtesy car and he said that will call me back the day after to let me know. This happened the 21st of July and I’m still waiting for is call. Now I have to deal with the car’s problem by myself. I don’t think it is very good customer service.
Felt like i need to write a review because my first time having my mazda 6 serviced in Melville was oustanding. Thanks to Tayla Field and her team at the front desk, the mechanics that even took the time to send me a video with a recap of what was done in the car while it was being serviced, suggestions and things that might need to be done in the next service. The level of detail on the breakdown of your service is great as well and this is the first time i can feel the difference in the car handling and braking after a service , thanks to their equipment where all the braking forces front and rear are balanced to ensure safe driving. Best experience and i had taken the car to 3 different mazda dealers in my time in Perth due to moving houses , etc.. Melville is the go to onward, regardless of where I might be. Thank you !
I just wanted to leave this review as I had a great experience with Melville Mazda for servicing my car. Once you drive in to the entrance on the left, you will see there is enough parking available above and underground. All staff are friendly, helpful and professional. There is a workspace area and public wifi, if you need to stay around to work online whilst your car gets serviced. There is coffee service and they have small snacks as well, and we even got a video from the workshop whilst our car was being fixed. Was good and quite surprising to see the state of the car as we never got to see underneath the car. A real nice feature of the Melville Mazda dealership. The service took not too long, as we’ve had a big 50.000km service that took about 3-4 hours. Price wise I believe they are fair. Even though it was a 40 minute drive, I would still rather go to this dealership than any other as they do seem to be the largest Mazda dealership in Perth. Thank you Melville Mazda it was a stress free experience, I will be back for the future services!
I have been a long-term customer of Melville Mazda's service department. Their attention to detail, consistency and innovation never ceases to amazes me. Today I have had my car serviced and received a link to my Vehicle Condition Report "Mazda Vison" via text and email. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The service technicians attention to detail and ability to simply but efficiently articulate what was required while physically showing me was impressive. This technology is great, and really gives me additional piece of mind that my service is being done, correctly, efficiently and cost effectively. The service advisor was also very efficient in contacting me to discuss pricing for anything additional I required, and it was much easier for me to understand why after having received the Vehicle Condition Report. Don't get your car serviced anywhere else! Melville Mazda are the best in the business!
