Melbourne truss prepared all my supply of the frame works thats including everything from joists to prefab walls and trusses. All the staff there were very professional and helpful.nEmre was the man with exceptional service and knew exactly what I wanted. He possessed the knowledge and experience in the field and organised everything from A to Z. They delivered everything on time. I cannot thank enough all thr staff whom were involved with my project especially Emre for their professionalism and assistance throughout the process. Thank you guys much appreciate your help.
Going with Melbourne Truss was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They have caused my builder and myself significant financial loss and almost sent both of us broke due to their incompetence, constant lies and repeated failed deliveries for months on end. They make every excuse under the sun and none of their departments know what's going on. My builder was constantly calling and trying to manage flow of his material himself as there seems to be no site manager who keeps things in check.nnThey will promise delivery on a certain day via written email and nothing will arrive while you wait on site with your trades this happened many times. Then when you call to ask where your delivery is they tell you lies and on numerous occasions had not even commenced production of the frame sections. When things do finally arrive they are usually incomplete or require additional work.nnThey indicated that our order would take around 3-4 months due to material shortages but it actually took them 9 months to deliver everything for just one site, after requesting 100% payment upfront. Had we not called and visited their site constantly it would have taken 12 months or more. Don’t believe their excuse of blaming Covid etc. look around everyone else is getting their timber!nnI can go on all day. They are not fit to run a business and should be investigated by the ACCC. Do not under any circumstance use this company. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
Expect to be disappointed. very unreliable with their delivery time and date. look for other companies with better customer reviews. the cost saving is not worth the stress that you will get from Melbourne Truss. They have changed our delivery date last minutes 3 x.
Emre and the team from Melbourne trusses has been absolutely amazing !nThey are quick and efficient with there design and production of trusses as well helpful when requiring additional timber for the job ! 10/10 definitely recommend them
