I held a birthday event there with 10 adults and it was so fun and well organised. Georgia and Carlotta went above and beyond to make it a successful event, even though many of us were complete beginners, and we all went home with a beautiful painting. Georgia was also accommodating of special requests and helping me find a suitable image. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend!
As an emerging artist with a disability I'm really appreciative of the art classes there. It's helping me grow my art career and they accommodate my needs within limits. Keep up the good work.
Love Art Encounters. The staff are amazing, engaging and the work they are getting my daughter to produce is so wonderful! She loves it. Also the sad fact of these lockdowns means it's hard to take an 'art' class on line but that they have done an amazing job of taking classes online, keeping the children engaged and supplying them with lovely art supplies for home. Could not recommend them more!
We had a fantastic experience at the Melbourne Studio of Art with Sara last night! We did Van Gogh's Starry Night and had a lot of fun. The experience was very well organised, relaxing and enjoyably challenging at the same time. Would highly recommend!
Great art school. I actually drive a fair bit to get there, and it is well worth the drive. We had tried other art classes close to home, but this is another level and it is a proper school of art, not just a normal kiddie class to just amuse them but to teach them proper art techniques.PositiveProfessionalism
We were disgusted by the instructors treatment of our son today. He constantly put him down and involved his religion in the session which he knew we did not approve of. Although the website depicts the idea that will be painted in the session and we confirmed that by phone, the kids were made to paint a completely different picture which they did not like. Please parents be warned that they have staff who can be nasty to the children, I would never bring my kids there again.
Just finished my first Abstract course. Great pace for any level of experience. Built technical skills, confidence and general knowledge. And some great laughter along the way. Brilliant teacher. Thank you.
Best place for kids to learn about fine art skills without the teachers diluting the process. The outcomes are beautiful, but the skills the kids learnt have continued with them!
