Not satisfied with the quality of service at all. Firstly rug was rolled and you can not see what have they done. Very disappointed when reached home and see. I did not see any difference before and after wash + when I try to vacuum, there was heaps of dust that I can see in my vacuum. Friendly service with a great smile, my rug was cleaned impeccably despite spilling red wine all over my cashmere rug. Very reasonably priced and you can deliver and collect the rug yourself should you prefer to. Would recommend to anyone who has a precious rug they want to restored to its former glory.

My rugs came back looking new! Absolute value for money and so easy to deal with.
