Friendly service with a great smile, my rug was cleaned impeccably despite spilling red wine all over my cashmere rug. Very reasonably priced and you can deliver and collect the rug yourself should you prefer to. Would recommend to anyone who has a precious rug they want to restored to its former glory.

Not satisfied with the quality of service at all. Firstly rug was rolled and you can not see what have they done. Very disappointed when reached home and see. I did not see any difference before and after wash + when I try to vacuum, there was heaps of dust that I can see in my vacuum. They did a great job with our rug, were affordable, and were efficient and friendly to deal with.

Simply the fastest and best rug wash in Melbourne. Bernard was a lovely gentleman who made sure we were well informed of pricing, measurements and timings. Evan did his very best to get our rugs to us within the timeframe we needed them to be and at such great cleaning. Our 10 year old carpets 12 big carpets looks brand new and so well washed and packaged all within a week. Pricing was reasonable for the quality the guys offered. Their men took our carpets from our old house and returned them to our new house with such quick pace. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend! I will be definitely using their service again and recommend to all my friends and relatives. Thank you Bernard and Evan.
