Saved the day! Great service- friendly, timely, professional and competent. We had wrong fuel draining service following petrol making its way into our beloved diesel vehicle- oops! I wish there was 10 stars because 5 isn’t enough, my battery went flat yesterday so I called a few people they were humming and arying due to how business they were , keep googling till I found this god sent place, called the company and a beautiful woman Teressa answered the phone and just took all the stress of me and put it on her and mage the whole job run smoothly. Her customer skills her gentle and polite manner was out of this word. She said by tomorrow morning I will have someone out to your house to fix your battery. I have a sports car so it wasn’t has simple as just putting in a normal battery.. Jono the technician text me saying he would be at my house in 37 minds pending traffic anyone that complains that tradespeople ect are late to the job to me are selfish Have people seen how bad Melbournes traffic, road works roads have become . He will a Little later then he said he would be but that was Definitely not his fault due to traffic and coming all the way from the other side of the city. He arrived and was so lovely humble and respectful I will be promoting this company to anyone that needs a car battery. And they also have AFTERPAY which was a great help …. The battery in our car was dead in the driveway. Gave the guys at Melbourne Roadside Rescue a call and they sent someone out right away. Battery was changed and had me back on the road within an hour. Great service, great price, highly recommend these guys!Service: Battery
Called and was greeted by a lovely man named John who let me know of my options for battery replacement $239 I wasn't needing urgent help so booked in for the next morning. Johno the friendly technician turned up right on time, with a message beforehand saying he was on his way. Checked the battery, alternator and starter motor and replaced my battery. The team at melbourne road side and fuel rescue came to assist. Tee was super calm and able to whip up a safe hose connection to drain the tank. The office team were able to clearly advise us of the time to their assistance and were useful over the phone re price. We are so thankful there is a business completing fuel rescues to get us out of trouble.
Highly recommend. I accidentally filled my car with petrol instead of diesel. It was on a public holiday. Rang and spoke to John. He was nice, courteous and professional. John came within a couple of hours. I thought I would be with out a car for days and cost me a fortune however, thanks to John I was back on the road within an hour. Great service at very reasonable price.
