Had a great time on this cruise. The food was amazing and the service was even better. We were worries we weren't going to get our value but not at all the case. We did have a great seat. I would recommend booking early and messaging through to get a good spot. The mains were excellent and well worth it. Would probably do it again.

The boat was in time and the staff was really friendly. However it was hard to follow the commentary when English isn't your mother tongue. The speakers are not cleverly located and the captain did not speak clearly enough. You don't really get interesting information and the commentary only lasts about half of the trip. The views you get are not that spectacular which made the cruise a bit boring. For me it was not really worth the regular price. As we got 50% off with a voucher it was all right. It's a nice way to get an overview but I would not do it again.

Very very bad experience with Melbourne River Cruise. Purchase ticket 10.30am cruise one day earlier via Its company Online platform. We arrive 10am. Staff Steve crudely told us cruise no 10.30am, all the time, only 11am. It is our mistakes. No Sorry ! No explanation. Bad bad Worst attitude ! Upon double confirm with female staff, she explain due to weather situation, 10.30am postpone to 11am. She is good

Good way to see the city from a different perspective. Pity they forgot to tell everyone there was tea and coffee on board (free)
