So rude!  One staff member was trying to be nice while the other was making a room full of patients cringe with her level of rudeness. Talking down to patients with questions, making me feel bad for her not having the skills to navigate her email. Horrible. Go somewhere else

I had a GTT test done here and received the most pleasant and professional service. Natalie is amazing - she is very warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable for the whole duration of my test. Thank you Natalie :

Worst pathology ever. Don't consider people are fasting and waiting whilst the staff chit chatting with patients. The wait room is full. 1.5 hrs and I was 7 th in the queue and still 4 people ahead of me. You could hear them making tea. Worst ever pathology don't visit this facility.

Good: the pathology staff are fast and efficient. Room for improvement: very poor signage indicating a number needs to be collected so you can wait your turn. As a result, people were starting to crowd  in the waiting room thus breaking COVID 19 restrictions. A bigger easily noticed sign would prevented this and lessened confusion.

Pathetic how long I had to wait. Heard them making tea and coffee whilst the waiting room was full. Eventually just left due to waiting for too long. Won’t be using Melbourne pathology again

Don't take bookings. Rude un-helpful staff. Can't get through to them on the phone.  Was ignored by one the entire time I waites with a question.  This is a scary process and the staff are cold and rude and not friendly doesn't help. Poor form.
