They show up and pretend to be your regular service, then tag all of your units for 6 months and force you into paying for service you don't request.  After realising that they charged us for multiple units they didn't service, and calling them back to complete a job that we'd already paid for, they bullied their way into re tagging everything and charging us again, even though we declined the service repeatedly over the phone. The receptionist is clueless!  Also note the amount of call outs we have been charged over the last several years is mind boggling - if they are really servicing this equipment then why are the alarms going off all the time?! !My advice is go somewhere else just like we did!!!!
