Been going here for over a year now and Dr Chan is very lovely and caring. You don't feel rushed she takes her time to explain things and answer any questions you have. Receptionist could be a little more friendly, you always feel like you're imposing on their work and arw very rude and short at times. The 5 stars is for Dr Chan

Awful reception who never sends results to you because they typed your address wrong, but extremely impatient when asked.

I've been taking my grandpa to this clinic for the past year. We've never once seen the doctor at the appointment time we had. The waiting time is always at least 30 minutes. Today we spent an hour in the waiting room.
