Had an incredible experience with Dr Gan, only person to ever take my atopic dermatitis seriously. Since going on the treatment he suggested, it has hugely impacted my life, and I’m so thankful for his help fixing my skin condition! Always so kind during appointments and would recommend him to absolutely everyone.
Great centre and always friendly and professional customer service. The reception staff do a great job, Victoria is always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Dr Sarah Shen always provides clear answers and communicates well what is involved with all procedures. Highly recommend
I had a cosmetic consultation done with the cosmetic nurse. She was very professional and only recommended what she believed was the best for my skin issues, there was no selling or pushing for treatment. Came treatment day, I felt very cared for, the numbing gel worked perfect and I hardly felt anything during the procedure. The result was almost instant as well, I could see the improvement in my skin texture right away. I would definitely go back for regular treatments in the future.

Very good customer service encountered. However this popular practice now needs a much bigger premises - the waiting area was very crowded. When doing a skin check the dermatologist needs to work from the head down.
