I would give zero stars if I could.  Shocking customer service.  I've rung 7 times in 3 weeks regarding cracked bricks that I've sent in an email with pics, the reception says he will ring back and not once have they returned my call.  Business must be great where they can afford to have such poor  customer service.  I was told  after ringing on the 15/3/18 (5th time I've rung), that "A" would ring me on the Sat or Mon....no phone calls received.  Rung twice last week and the same response, "we understand your concerns, he will ring"....well what century will he ring!!!!!!  Such a disappointment after someone said they are supposed to offer good service.

Called Melbourne Civil & Structural Engineers to come out and see the damages on my house. I was extremely worried about our safety given the cracks were so large. After MCS conducted a very professional inspection, we knew exactly where we stood and what needed to happen in future. I appreciate that they made time to come out and see me even though they were extremely busy and that an inspection wasnt possible for weeks. As i mentioned my urgency, they fit me in within 24 hours! GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT TEAM! will definetely recommend to friends and family.

Rang this company to obtain a 2nd opinion for recommended support slab build over an inground pool considering info relating to our  demographic area and geotech information provided, put through quickly and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave informative advice. Thank you.

Been a regular client of Melbourne civil and structural engineers for over 2 years now and have yet to fault them. Honest and straight to the point. Always willing to go above and beyond.  Very happy with them. Highly recommended!
