I can't speak highly enough of the Virgin staff. I'm currently struggling with a back/hip injury and the assisted passage meant I was wheeled both onto and off the plane. The Staff were so helpful, understanding and compassionate and I can't thank them enough. My flight both ways was great with smooth landings; I loved it.

Due to COVID not terribly busy this afternoon. Went through security with the minimum of fuss. Both knees replaced and the alarm always activates and they do a manual check.
Just came back from Hobart, they have ramps.!! To the Aircraft.. . No more climbing stairs. I wish Melbourne Airport could do the same!, The walk is a killer&then climbing stairs.. Sydney Airport is awesome.. Come on Melbourne, step up.!,
Melbourne airport is great. But I put 4 star as it does not have rail link. Now, it is awfully quiet due to COVID crisis.
Melbourne airport is well laid out with each airline having their own terminal. Plenty of good shops and cafes, security is efficient, though during covid a lot of things are shut down or not operating.
Always the best place to depart for a great holiday and arrive back to the most liveable city!
Had to wear face mask and breathe my own carbon dioxide constantly. Would not recommend
Was expecting lot of strictness due to covid lockdown, but was easy run went to pick up my friend
Melbourne airport always running smoothly but even more so at the moment. The reduction of travelers makes for a very stress free start to a trip. Weird though!
