Seriously other reviewer? ????. Surely a simple phone call would have sorted this out before the review. 
We have had Stan do our returns for years now. He came highly recommended and we cannot fault his knowledge and professionalism. My parents see him, as do many of their friends. He has an extensive knowledge of ever changing Australian tax law. He even sorted out extra tax we had been paying because of a small overseas income (our old accountant had told us we had to pay up front installments) .... Stan looked into it and turns out we never needed to pay tax on it in the first place. He always communicates with us in a timely manner and our refund is never a long wait. Highly recommend Stan!

We've been using Stan and his team for assistance with anything tax-related for a number of years now. Stan's team are efficient, effective, and approachable with any concern. Highly recommended.

Seriously?  stroll on.  I submitted my tax return through Stan at Australian Tax Masters - ( masters??) in October
Its now late February and iv had no communications from them. I was advised that the A.T.O  may take a couple of months, its now 3.
My enquiing email elicited no response after 2 days. Not even an automated generated response - which is the norm these for "professional" business to operate so as  to inform the sender that your mail wasn't "lost" or "we did not receive it" et.al.
This is unexceptable as im ensconced in Europe, i have no idea if they intend to follow-up on this matter at all.
