For a Service Training business i would have thought that their staff would be efficient in business relations. I feel bitterly disappointed in my experience with their staff. But dont upset them otherwise they will take to social media and try to hurt your business

This company came to me, an employer for 23 years , promising the world. I was concerned that they were placing young inexperienced people into roles that they were not capable of. I realised that we were paying a reasonable hourly rate and the employee / trainee was being paid alot less. More importantly we were not happy with a receptionist and without our consent they dismissed her on the day we raised our concerns. By chance I discovered that at 7pm that night that the next day I had no receptionist. I then had to employ a temp at twice the rate. I refused to pay the last weeks wages but they still want the money etc. Efforts via email to the company re the last weeks wages have had poor responce times but as we are now not a client what would you expect.
