Thank you very much for the welcome, I was truly received like a king because all the staff are really very friendly with a smile and everyone takes care of the customers without hesitation. For my part, I really enjoyed it and the store is huge. I thank Aaron, I think he was the one who helped me with the bill, but he's a really great guy.
Brilliant experience and service in store! The gentleman was knowledgeable and very helpful. Since I couldn't play anything because I am a beginner, he was able to demonstrate and explain everything to me. Also went through the trouble of finding a properly fitting and matching soft case. Warm and friendly staff with excellent service. Mega Music was recommended to me by several friends as well. Exceptionally pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend!
Had a very pleasant shopping experience at Mega Music. Darren in the drum shop was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me choose the perfect drum kit that met my musical needs. He even took the time to talk me through the various technical details of the kits and their pros/cons. After selecting the kit he helped me to choose new drumheads which matched the sound i wanted and in the blink of an eye had the entire kit re-headed and tuned to perfection! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!
Bought a yamaha guitar, good quality but was charged higher than what it was on ticket. The salesperson refused to sell it for the ticket price.
Most of the staff in the percussion department are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a great range of drum equipment/accesories and you feel like spending hours there. Keep up the great work and God bless!

I went down for my birthday and got a Mic stand, a new Guitar, strap, capo and mic clip. Joe's service was absolutely phenomenal, he explained each time he left what he was doing - he tuned up my guitar, spent the time to look at guitars in my price point and preffered style etc. I couldn't be happier with the price, service or quality for Mega Music. Thanks Joe!
I picked up my Fender Tele from you on Saturday the 1st of June from your Myaree store, after you undertook a full set up on it strings, action, intonation, truss rod. When I dropped it off I said it had buzzy treble strings around the 15th fret and I wanted this fixed. I also said I wanted the action as low as possible. Once I arrived home and tried it so stupid of me, but I did not try it in the shop and guess what...? I still had buzzy treble strings around the 15th fret, but also now had buzzy bass strings around the 12 fret. The action was also twice as high than when I dropped it off. So l paid $114 for a set of strings and for my guitar to be worse than before you worked on it. I emailed you directly on the day I collected it, again stupidly, expecting you to reach out but its now been nearly a week an you have not engaged. Very poor customer service. Not happy.....I shall write the $114 off as a lesson learnt. I shall look elsewhere for my guitar needs in future.
