Attracted by the well priced fuel, Mega Fuels is a little out of the way but worth the diversion.nnAccess to the bowsers is easy from the road as it is on a corner. The staff were pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. Thanks to that, I will be back when I'm in the area.
Very bad at customer service. Misleading people. Lights were on in the store, when customers parked at the pump only then the sales person simply turned off the lights. When we asked the sales person his just ignored at the first and then he replied and said he was doing his work that's why the lights were. Although the fuel is cheap very bad customer service
I refuse to buy my petrol here after a bad experience. Lifted the bowser hose after rain to be soaked in liquid I first assumed was rainwater. As I tried to fill my tank I realised the hose was spraying petrol all over me. Moved to another bowser then told the attendant, who left me waiting, soaked in petrol, while she inspected the pump and rang the owner. Then refused to discount the charge on the first bowser for the escaped fuel. No apology! Very bad service!
I am a bit Sus on the quantity you get. I filled up my car, it's a 60 ltr tank, was near empty, but no low fuel light, usually comes on at 5ltr left in tank. I filled up 60.3Ltr. owned the car for 10+ yrs and never ever have manage to get more than 57Ltr even when it's down to last couple of ltr after driving on fuel light for 80+ km. Gona do another check with a different car and see what happens.
Working employees do not greet or receive greetings. If you need a receipt, ask for it yourself. And don't even say thank you. I can't hear your answer.
